The incorrect and missing information included the following from the inspection reports: <br />- The 10/18/22, 9/19/22, 7/20/22, and 8/19/22 DO reports did not include the owner/operator name. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: During the visual inspection, the designated operator shall check that all required <br />testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that designated operators performing visual inspections at this facility are including <br />all of the required information on the reports. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 318 CCR 2635, 2637.1, 2665, 2712 Failed to meet spill container requirements. <br />OBSERVATION: The diesel direct-bury spill container failed when tested. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of <br />containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is <br />repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br />If the spill container can’t be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the [GRADE] UST system may be red <br />tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by 06/15/2023. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($156).
