Discussing the next phase of cleanup. I had suggested SANGALANG that the south bank be cleaned next because of complainant's phone call. Dep. Cagulada suggests continuing on the north bank, then the south bank west of the railroad, and lastly the south bank between the railroad and West Ln. I responded with my thoughts about the complainant's point of view. The homeless would be pushed and concentrated into the area where the complainant is having the most problems with. ,11/17/2021 Email from Zoey M. She's asking for Word form of the Evaluations. She said that SANGALANG wording needs to be sufficiently detailed for CVFPB to get funding for the reimbursement. I emailed Zoey back with the evaluations in Word documents. Also asked about next phase and another meeting after Thanksgiving but before . the posting date. 11/23/2021 Received Stockton PD's calls for service information. I emailed it to the ERT group. Zoey responded saying that the information is not sufficiently narrowed to the area of the encampment to be relied upon for purposes of determining whether the encampment can close due to a health and safety risk based on the calls. The planned action will move forward based on the ERT's findings during the evaluation. Received email from Dep Cagulada. Emailed response. Received signed evaluations from county counsel, Zoey M. She also sent to Sandy R (CAO) for her signature. SANGALANG 12/01/2021 Prepared paper work for the posting at Calaveras River. SUSZYCKI 12/02/2021 Posting of Sites #1 and #2 with Public Works Channel Maintenance (Mike M.) SANGALANG After postings, drove west on the bike path along the river to El Dorado St. Took some pictures of encampments on the north bank. 12/02/2021 Photo logs of the postings of Sites #1 and 2. SANGALANG 12/06/2021 Meeting with CVFPB, DWR, PW, and CC. Funding for tomorrow's cleanup is not SANGALANG yet finalized. A new Scope of Work and Cost Sheet were distributed this morning by CVFPB. New date of cleanup will possibly be next week, December 14, 15, and/or 16 pending finalized cost sheet.
