<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed the ice scoop stored with the handle touching the ice. Clean and sanitize the ice scoop and
<br /> store in a cleanable container or with handle not touching the ice when not in use.This was corrected on site.
<br /> Observed two CO2 cylinders were not secured. Store CO2 cylinders upright against a wall and secured with a chain.
<br /> Correct today.
<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All clean and soiled linen shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:The following was observed:
<br /> -The walk-in freezer light was observed non-operational. (REPEAT)
<br /> -One light in the hood was observed non-operational.
<br /> -Two lights in the kitchen were observed non-operational.
<br /> -Water was observed in the light cover inside the walk-in cooler.
<br /> Repair/replace the above lights within two weeks.
<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Exhaust hoods shall be provided to remove toxic gases,heat,grease, vapors and smoke and be approved by
<br /> the local building department. Canopy-type hoods shall extend 6"beyond all cooking equipment.All areas shall have sufficient ventilation
<br /> to facilitate proper food storage. Toilet rooms shall be vented to the outside air by a screened openable window,an air shaft, or a
<br /> light-switch activated exhaust fan,consistent with local building codes. (114149, 114149.1)Adequate lighting shall be provided in all areas
<br /> to facilitate cleaning and inspection.Light fixtures in areas where open food is stored,served,prepared,and where utensils are washed

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:The cold handle of the right faucet at the three compartment sink was observed non-operational. Repair
<br /> faucet so that it is in good working order within two weeks.
