Hazelton Avenue <br />Stockton, CA 95205 <br />Subject: Monthly Tonnage for May 2018 <br />Forward Landfill, SWFP # 39 -AA -0015 <br />Dear Robert: <br />RECEIVED <br />JUN 12 2093 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br />PERMIT/SERVICES <br />Pursuant to Solid Waste Facilities Permit, # 39 -AA -0015, Section 16 (b), a total of <br />78,733.22 tons of wastes were accepted for disposal at the Forward Landfill during the <br />month of May 2018. The average daily vehicle count was 241. <br />Complaints: (1) May 18th the Public Health Department received a dirt on road <br />complaint. May 21" Robert McClellon visited the site and found minimal dust on the <br />road near the entrance and asked that the facility water down the road as needed. <br />(2) May 31" the Public Health Department received a dirt on road complaint.
