Researched more <br />information on the event. The event is hosted by Total Beauty Salon at 1224 <br />Monaco Court #22, Stockton CA 95207. There will be a body artist at the event <br />known as Francisco Huaracha (#huarachatattoos). Completed a complaint form, <br />placed in Yvonne's box for processing. <br />Reviewed information on Temporary body art events. <br />There were two advertisements for the event. <br />Total Beauty - I researched additional information on the event and persons in <br />charge of the event that is scheduled for February 18th. The event hosts are <br />Tatiana Gomez Ochoa and Xiomara Gomez. The only contact information found <br />was a phone number for the salon 209-300-1101 (open from 10am to 1 pm). I <br />called and left a message. <br />I received a call from Stephanie (last name was not provided) she stated she is <br />one of the hosts. I informed her of the complaint. Stephanie stated the tattoo artist <br />mentioned he had a permit from San Joaquin County. I informed Stephanie I was <br />not able to find a permit for him from the information I have on him. She did not <br />provide an actual name for the artist. I informed Stefanie about the requirements <br />for a temporary event and for a practitioners permit. Stepanie stated the event will <br />be canceled. I told her she can still have the event but she cannot have a body art <br />practitioner. She reinstated the event will be canceled. <br />I emailed Natalia S. regarding the phone call. <br />Total Beauty Salon - I received a voicemail from Julianna, hair stylist, at Total <br />Beauty. She inquired about the requirements for the temporary event. I provided <br />her with the information. She stated the tattoo artist is a practitioner from Mudville <br />and his name is Francisco Huaracha. Searched name on Envision and I didn't find <br />any practitioner (current or past) with that name. I informed Julianna. She hung up <br />the phone. <br />Discussed complaint with Natalia S. <br />Total Beauty - Reviewed information on SBAA regarding temporary body art <br />facilities and requirements for practitioners.
