(C) SAID NONE OF THE <br />WORKERS WERE WEARING HAIR-NETS. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. No major violations. No re-inspection. <br />Two employees on the truck at the time of the inspection. The male employee was wearing a baseball hat and the female <br />employee had her hair in a bun. Employee stated that the other two employees who work the truck are men and they wear <br />baseball hats when working. <br />Ensure all food employees preparing, serving, or handling food or utensils wear hair restraints to keep their hair from <br />contacting non-prepackaged food, clean equipment, utensils, lines and unwrapped single-use items. <br />Official inspection report was emailed to operator. <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
