Took photos of affected areas where diesel spill ERNEST <br />was located through the fence on the easement. Contacted Zach King of Premium <br />Environmental Services and discussed clean up times and if i could get on site. He <br />indicated he could provide me information of the facilities manager who could give <br />me a more definite answer, and confirmed clean up would start at 6:00am on <br />10/15. Called number provided 2098515179 Jesse Vallesteros and confirmed <br />there was no was to get on site. <br />10/14/2022 Received spill report at approximatly 4:20 pm. Could not get on site, due to facility ERNEST <br />being closed. Called and discussed situation with John Alaniz EHD. Called and <br />discussed situation with Zach King of Premium Environmental, the notifying <br />person. He discussed the clean up would be conducted at 6 am in the morning. <br />Drove to site, arrived before 4:55PM. On hours shift ended at 5:00 PM. <br />10/15/2022 Arrived on site at approximatly 6:05am to meet up with the clean up company. <br />Called Zach King of Premium Environmental and discussed eta for clean up <br />company. Clean up company arrived at approx 6:15. Meet ANCON environmental. <br />Old absorbent was removed, new absorbent was applied. Clean up company <br />indicated the applied absorbent was sufficient and Jesse Vallesteros Supervisor <br />agreed on the clean up. Waste was manifested into two 55 gallon black drums <br />containing used absorbent. <br />ERNEST <br />10/24/2022 Generated prop 65 document. Added CC and sent document to John Alaniz.
