COMPLAINANT PICKED UP ORDER RIGHT AWAY <br />AND TOOK IT HOME TO CONSUME. COMPLAINANT ORDERED CHEESEBURGERS WITH TOMATOES, ONIONS, AND SPECIAL SAUCE. <br />HUSBAND HAD PICKLES, COMPLAINANT DID NOT. THEY ALSO CONSUMED FRIES AND JALAPENO POPPERS. ON MONDAY 10/24/22 AT <br />AROUND 4 AM, COMPLAINANT AND HUSBAND BEGAN TO EXPERIENCE SEVERE DIARRHEA. Discussed complaint with employee and MURO <br />person in charge. They were not aware of the alleged complaint. They reported <br />that none of the employees have been sick in the last few weeks. Spoke with the <br />employee who was preparing food at the time of the inspection. He described and <br />how they prepare the food items consumed by complainant. Inspected food <br />storage and the coolers freezers. Observed the food items consumed by <br />complainant to be below 41 F. The jalaperio poppers and fries were in the freezer. <br />The ware wash and hand sinks supplied hot water at 120 F and 108 F <br />respectively.
