alleged complaint. They reported that none of the employees have been sick in the last few weeks. Spoke with the emplgyee . <br />who was preparing food at the time of the inspection. He described and how they prepare the food items consumed by <br />complainant. Inspected food storage and the coolers freezers. Observed the food items consumed by complainant to be <br />below 41 F. The jalaperio poppers and fries were in the freezer. The ware wash and hand sinks supplied hot water at 120 F <br />and 108 F respectively. Hand wash stations in kitchen and restroom were stocked with paper towels and hand soap in the <br />dispensers. <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
