FOUR PEOPLE WHO ATE THE MEAT GOT SICK WITH FOOD POISONING. THE COMPLAINANT DID NOT EAT ANY OF THE MEAT AND <br />DID NOT GET SICK. <br />PERSON ONE- 46 YEAR OLD MALE HAD A FEVER AND MASSIVE DIARRHEA (WITHIN SIX HOURS WENT 10 TIMES). WENT TO GENERAL <br />HOSPITAL IN SAN FRANCISCO ON 4/9/2023 AND WAS RELEASED AT NOON ON 4/13/2023. SAW DR. ALEX TANG, DR. GREGORY OW, AND <br />DR. VERONICA MANZO. <br />PERSON TWO-31 YEAR OLD MALE HAD A FEVER, VOMITING, AND DIARRHEA. WENT TO DAMERON HOSPITAL IN STOCKTON ON 4/9/2023. <br />WAS GIVEN ANTIBIOTICS AND SENT HOME THAT DAY. <br />PERSON THREE-27 YEAR OLD WOMAN HAD VOMITING, DIARRHEA, AND STOMACH PAINS. WENT TO DAMERON HOSPITAL IN STOCKTON <br />ON 4/9/2023. WAS GIVEN ANTIBIOTICS AND SENT HOME THAT DAY. <br />PERSON FOUR-ONE YEAR OLD BOY HAD VOMITING, DIARRHEA, AND A FEVER. Went to facility and met with manager who granted access MURO <br />to facility for inspection. Observed the meat case cold display storage was 31 F, <br />within the required temperature. Per manager, no employees are currently ill nor <br />have been sick on the dates surrounding the time the complaint was received by <br />EFID. The hand wash sink's hot water was observed to be within the required <br />temperature at 100 F and fully stocked with hand soap and paper towels. The <br />sanitizing solution concentration was 200 PPM quats, within the required <br />concentration. Inspected the dry storage area where the seasoning for the steaks <br />is stored.
