COMPLAINANT STATES SHE SAW NO HAND WASHING <br />STATIONS AND THAT ALL APPLIANCES WHERE BEING HOOKED UP DIRECTLY TO THE BUILDING. COMPLAINANT ALSO STATES THAT A <br />COUPLE HOURS (2-4) AFTER EATING THE FOOD ALL THREE PEOPLE HAD DIARRHEA FOR 24 HRS, ALL THREE PEOPLE ALLEGEDLY HAD <br />THE LUMPIA. COMPLAINANT STATES SHE CALLED THE COMPANY AND ASKED IF THEY HAD A PERMIT WHICH IN TURN SHE WAS <br />ALLEGEDLY TOLD THAT THEY DID NO REQUIRE ONE SO THEY DID NOT HAVE ONE. They said that they sold the truck AFONSKAIA <br />in 12/2022 and that they did a private catering event for the Cepheid director. I let <br />them know that they need a permit for catering if that is what they want to do as <br />they can not sell/distribute food without a permit. I provided information on catering <br />requirements and process to get permit. <br />Filled out notice to abate at office and emailed NTA to ronorowena@yahoo.com <br />along with catering SOP, commissary agreement, and service request forms. <br />Called complainant and let them know about findings.
