COMPLAINANT STATES THEY SELL ON THE WEEKDAY IN THE EVENING AND ON THE <br />WEEKENDS. <br />**COMPLAINANT REQUEST CALL BACK FROM INSPECTOR** <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint investigation for the alleged illegal food sales at Tony's Market parking lot. Spoke to employee on site. The <br />employee stated he was aware of the food sales but was not aware it was illegal. Advised employee that it is illegal to sell fooc <br />without a health permit. Asked the facility to discontinue access to premises and inform the vendors to cease illegal food <br />sales. Provided a California Health and Safety Code, Section 114381 hand-out for illegal food sales to the public and <br />information on obtaining permit. Advised if a second complaint is received for illegal food sales, a second complaint <br />investigation will be carried out and charged at the currently hourly rate of $156/hour. If illegal food sales occur after 5 PM or <br />on the weekends, the complaint investigation will be charged the minimum 3-hour fee of $468. Inspection report was mailed <br />to the facility. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
