Within 72 <br /> hours of being provided a signed copy of the report,the owner or operator shall provide a description of each <br /> corrective action taken or to be taken and shall sign and date the report, acknowledging the identified compliance <br /> issues. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure all designated operator inspection reports are completed and signed within the <br /> required time frame in the future. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 209 CCR 2715(c)(3), 2715(c)(4) Failure to maintain a copy of the"Facility Employee Training Certificate"on-site. <br /> OBSERVATION: The Facility Employee Training Certificate dated [DATE] [LIST PROBLEMS, EX: CONTAINED NO <br /> CERS ID, EX: LISTED INCORRECT INITIAL TRAINING DATES]. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All site employees must be trained prior to taking responsibility as a facility employee if <br /> after October 1, 2018, or within 30 days of hire if prior to October 1, 2018.
