The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br /> been addressed for Frontier California Inc.: Manteca CO as of April 20, 2023. <br /> Open violations from August 09, 2022 inspection <br /> Violation#202-Failure to retain a paper or electronic copy of the permit to operate at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION:A current copy of the UST operating permit was not found on site. The most recent permit on site <br /> was dated 01/05/2021. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the UST operating permit and all attachments and conditions shall be <br /> retained at the facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a copy of the 2022 permit and retain it on site. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#209-Failure to maintain a copy of the"Facility Employee Training Certificate"on-site. <br /> OBSERVATION: The current Facility Employee Training Certificate was not on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All site employees must be trained prior to taking responsibility as a facility employee if <br /> after October 1, 2018, or within 30 days of hire if prior to October 1, 2018.
