Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: Non adjustable hand sink in the rest room has temp at 123F. Provide 100F - 108F today. Corrected on <br />site. Clean filters today and as needed. <br />Exterior and interior surfaces of the cold hold unit at the front sandwiches prep line, have sticky food debris. Clean surfaces <br />today and as needed. <br />1 D freezer bottom shelf has food debris. Clean the surface today and as needed. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115 (c)) <br /> #34 Warewashing Facilites Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: I observe dirty utensils and dirty wiping cloths in the compartment of the prep sink. Remove utensils to <br />be manually washed in the 3 comp sink. Remove the dirty cloths from the prep sink station. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food facilities that prepare food shall be equipped with warewashing facilities. Testing equipment and <br />materials shall be provided to measure the applicable sanitization method.
