All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: Non adjustable hand sink in the rest room has temp at 123F. Provide 100F - 108F today. Corrected on <br />site. Temp is at 102F now. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br />OBSERVATIONS: Back hood filters have some grease accumulation. Clean filters today and as needed. <br />Exterior and interior surfaces of the cold hold unit at the front sandwiches prep line, have sticky food debris. Clean surfaces <br />today and as needed. <br />1 D freezer bottom shelf has food debris. Clean the surface today and as needed. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115 (c)) <br /> #34 Warewashing Facilites Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: I observe dirty utensils and dirty wiping cloths in the compartment of the prep sink. Remove utensils to <br />be manually washed in the 3 comp sink. Remove the dirty cloths from the prep sink station. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food facilities that prepare food shall be equipped with warewashing facilities. Testing equipment and <br />materials shall be provided to measure the applicable sanitization method. (114067(f,g), 114099, 114099.3, 114099.5, 114101(a), <br />114101.1, 114101.2, 114103, 114107, 114125) <br /> #41 Plumbing Maintained; Approved Back Flow Device <br />OBSERVATIONS: Left water faucet of the 3 comp sink is not secured. Secure faucet in 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device, as required <br />by applicable plumbing codes. (114192) All plumbing and plumbing fixtures shall be installed in compliance with local plumbing <br />ordinances, shall be maintained so as to prevent any contamination, and shall be kept clean, fully operative, and in good repair. Any hose <br />used for conveying potable water shall be of approved materials, labeled, properly stored, and used for no other purpose.
