Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Washing area hand sink is lacking soap. All food items held <br />on this unit have temperature above 50F. Provide 41 or below to the cold hold unit and food items today. Cold hold unit is <br />plugged in and after 30 minutes, temp is at 37F. Corrected on site. <br />I observe employee voluntarily discarding the food items held on this unit. <br />Left cold hold unit, at the pizza prep line, has temp at 47F. Provide 41F or below today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: Non-adjustable hand sinks, at the washing area and across walking cooler have temp at 120F and 110 F <br />respectively. Provide 100– 108F today.
