COMPLAINANT STATES THAT AROUND 10AM THE NEXT <br />MORNING BOTH HER AND HER FATHER BECAME SICK, DIARRHEA, STOMACH CRAMPS, CHILLS, MUSCLE <br />FATIGUE, AND VOMITING. COMPLAINANT STATES SYMPTOMS LASTED 3 DAYS. NO DOCTOR WAS SEEN. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Per MOD, no employees were sick around that time. If an employee is <br />ill, they usually call in. If an employee appears to be ill at work, they are sent home. MOD states employees are good about <br />self-regulating and wear masks upon return to work. <br />Raw chicken is stored solely in the meat walk-in cooler. Chicken has a designated cart for chicken only.
