LOEHRER <br />Makayla stated that 2 quart of anti freeze was leaked from a coiling line on a <br />refrigeration trailer due to two trailers colliding as they were trying to back up to the <br />dock doors. No water ways are impacted. <br />Tractor #1 is NG Transport <br />Tractor#2 is AKB Transport <br />Makayla said she is not sure witch tractor caused the spill. <br />A clean up company has been called but no ETA on when they will be on site. <br />Makayla said she will be off at 4pm and gave me an Alert ID# 170184 to use as <br />reference to the spill. She also said if have any more questions I will need to call <br />440-349-2700 <br />GARCIA-MEJIA 01/13/2023 The EHD received CalOES spill report #23-0430. Approximately 2 quarts of <br />coolant were reported, as having spilled on the asphalt due to two semi trucks <br />colliding during a drop off. Spoke with Makayla Martin (904-569-0071) with ERTS <br />who confirmed that no storm drains or waterways were impacted. Per Makayla, <br />absorbent has been place on the spill and FedEx has retained Patriot <br />Environmental to conduct clean up. Requested photo of the spill before and after <br />clean up. Received those photos via email on 1/16/23. <br />Added the complaint number to the spill log excel sheet. <br />01/17/2023 I received clean up photos from Rachel Brosky-kish rbrosky@ertsonline.com <br />Rachel also stated that the Patriot Environmental has cleaned up the affected <br />areas on the asphalt. Rachel said all clean up is complete and will be emailing me <br />the incident closure report once it is completed. Forwarded photos to Gaby Garcia. <br />01/17/2023 Saved and printed photos received via email from Rachel Brosky-Kish <br /><rbrosky@ertsonline.com>. Added them to the file. Worked on narrative for <br />1/13/23. Per Rachel, the release was of fuel. Spill report stated that the release <br />was of coolant.
