It is a blue sticker <br />non-PCB. Dave Larsen with PG&E has taken a sample and is currently conducting <br />clean-up. The release occurred in front of driveway of house. Called and spoke <br />with Dave who stated he is doing the clean up right now and advised that this area <br />is not safe and to conduct the site visit in the morning. Dave texted pictures of the <br />clean up. <br />Received spill report 22-4830 for the release. <br />08/21/2022 Clean up was completed by responsible party on the evening of 8/20/2022. Waste PRESTO <br />generated to be taken back to PG&E yard (4040 West Ln, Stockton). Advised by <br />responsible party to return in the morning to verify clean up due to the late hour <br />and area of town. San Joaquin County Environmental Health (EHD) arrived on <br />8/21/2022 in the morning to verify clean up completion. The release was closer to <br />the front of 623 E Clay Street. No more leaking from capacitor observed. No <br />staining on the ground observed. Clean up has been completed. <br />Emailed inspection report to Alex Steele, PG&E Senior Environmental Field <br />Specialist. <br />(8:12AM-9:42AM) <br />08/23/2022 Generated prop 65 and entered parcel owner information. Called Alex Steele and PRESTO <br />left him a voicemail about the email I will be sending him. Emailed Alex the list of <br />open complaints. This complaint is pending sample results <br />04/19/2023 Received email from Alex Steele with sample results. Results show non-detect.
