SANJOAQUIN <br /> <br />Environmental Health Department <br />COUNTY <br />Crtttneii geowt hen' <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: PG&E Date: 08/21/2022 <br />Address: 611 E CLAY ST, STOCKTON <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: <br />Program Element: 2546- RELEASE/SPILL RESPONSE (EXCLUDING JOINT TEAM) Complaint #: COMWIYNAR <br />Responsible Party Contact: DAVE LARSEN <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />1-pint of blue-stickered non-PCB mineral oil released onto pavement in front of driveway from a dripping capacitor bank. <br />Responsible party is in the process of cleaning up release and repairing equipment. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Clean up was completed by responsible party on the evening of 8/20/2022. Waste generated to be taken back to PG&E yard. <br />Advised by responsible party to return in the morning to verify clean up due to the late hour and area of town. San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health (EHD) arrived on 8/21/2022 in the morning to verify clean up completion. The release was <br />closer to the front of 623 E Clay Street. No more leaking from capacitor observed. No staining on the ground observed. Clean <br />up has been completed. <br />Emailed inspection report to Alex Steele, PG&E Senior Environmental Field Specialist. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
