Due to a high wind, a utility pole failed which caused a release of 40 gallons of mineral oil <br />from a pole mounted transformer. pole replacement and clean up is still in progress. Samples of mineral oil were taken. <br />OBSERVATIONS/COMMENTS: <br />Observed on 1/1/2023 mineral oil staining on the soil and concrete in the northern shoulder of French Camp Road, <br />east of French Camp Road Self Storage. Utility pole and transformer were not on site. <br />Ted Murry indicated pole replacement and final clean up would occur on 1/1/2023. <br />On a phone call with Dave Larson on 1/4/2023, he indicated site had been cleaned, utility pole replaced. 8 drums of <br />waste was taken to Stockton Service Center. <br />Traveled to site on 1/4/2023 to confirm clean up.
