SANJOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />COUNTY <br />Time In: <br />Time Out: <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility BURLINGTON NORTHERN SANTA FE (BNSF) Date: 12/22/2022 <br />Address: 801 DIAMOND ST, STOCKTON <br />Owner/Operator: BURLINGTON NORTHERN SANTA FE (BNSF) Telephone: <br />Program Element: 2546- RELEASE/SPILL RESPONSE (EXCLUDING JOINT TEAM) Complaint #: COUJ5T52P <br />Responsible Party Contact: MARK JACKSON <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />Reporting Party states that oil/water separator in the <br />mechanic shops released about 30 gallons of liquid onto the shop concrete floor and onto the ballast. No waterways <br />impacted A contractor will provide clean-up. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Site had a release of approximately 30 gallons of an oil water mixture. Affected area was cleaned by removing soiled <br />absorbent, power washing, and removing contaminated soil. Two black 55 gallon drums of waste were generated and left on <br />site for determination and disposal. Clean up area was adequate. Clean up was observed on 12/5/22. Pending disposal <br />records. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
