No waterways <br />impacted A contractor will provide clean-up. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Site had a release of approximately 30 gallons of an oil water mixture. Affected area was cleaned by removing soiled <br />absorbent, power washing, and removing contaminated soil. Two black 55 gallon drums of waste were generated and left on <br />site for determination and disposal. Clean up area was adequate. Clean up was observed on 12/5/22. Pending disposal <br />records. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
