The unit has been replaced and clean-up started today and will be
completed tomorrow by either PG&E or PSC. Transformer pressure relief valve
was dripping possibly due to the heat. The area has been secured. EHD will
contact PG&E tomorrow for clean-up coordination verification.
08/17/2022 EHD arrived on site to make contact with homeowners and to see if the secured
area and release area was observable from the street. The impacted area is not
visible from the street or driveways. Three possible units (1911 A, 1911 B and
1909 B) were near the possible transformer which was dripping. Knocked at each
unit to make contact with owners but no answer from the homeowners. Left card
in mailboxes.
Notice to abate emailed to Alex Steele with PG&E. Sent email to day time on-call
inspector for tomorrow for clea-up verification.
08/18/2022 Arrived on site to verify clean up. Met with Dave Larsen of PG&E and he stated
that the spill address is 230 20th st. We walked to the backyard and observed
dotted stains on the fence and wood board at the power line. Dave applied
NOKOMIS 3 on the stains and washed with water the stains disappeared and the
area was looking good. Dave stated that he will come back latter to take samples
for PCB analysis. No waste generated.
08/18/2022 Received phone call updates from day time on-call person regarding release. The
address provided by PG&E initially were not correct. He has gotten the correct
addresses.
PRESTO
NSO
PRESTO
5105. rpt
