Left my card at the door. SALINAS 03/27/2023 received a call from owner, 510-491-6986. SALINAS He said that he has the iv connected to septic tank. I stated that it was not allowed in san joaquin county and that it would mess up the healthy bacteria growing already in the tank, and asked him to remove the pipes and obtain a portable holding tank. I asked if he could do it within a week and stated that it would be up to the delivery once he orders it online. I asked him to let me know when he would have disconnected it to go out to the site and verify disconnected rd. 03/28/2023 Created photo log for my visit on march 22nd. SALINAS 03/28/2023 texted owner a link from google for the tank he needs to buy for the RV. SALINAS 04/05/2023 Reviewed and changed service code for chargeable. SALINAS 04/05/2023 visited property, Met Juan and Luz, Observed RV still connected to septic tank, SALINAS explained Juan (Tenant) that RV needs to be disconnected and tank shall be capped where the connection to RV is. He said he will remove it in a few hours and I may come back at 3:30 pm today. 04/05/2023 Created OIR and Sewage notice to abate, sent a picture via text to owner to let SALINAS him know it is still not fixed but we arranged an appointment for this afternoon at 3:30 pm to have everything disconnected and cap septic tank. 04/06/2023 drove to the property and met tenants. They showed me the disconnected RV and SALINAS the tank too with glued caps on both ends. I wrote on the oir that they can have the sewage cap from RV without glue. 04/06/2023 Created photo log and OIR SALINAS 04/06/2023 Abated complaint, turned it in to Cesar for review.
