All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Immediately <br />transfer these food items to a cooler where they can be maintained at 41 F or below. Discard food items above 41 F held <br />longer than four hours in this cooler. Discontinue use of this cooler until it is repaired and maintaining 41 F or below.
