Provide soap in dispenser today. <br /> The paper towel dispenser in the women's restroom was empty. Provide paper towels in dispenser today. <br /> The paper towel dispenser in public restroom (R)and men's restroom were in disrepair. Repair/replace paper towel <br /> dispensers within 1 week. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair.
