CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food employees shall have adequate knowledge of and be trained in food safety as it relates to their assigned duties. Remove spray bottles and keep hand washing facilities accessible at all times when operating. Correct immediately. Provide soap at hand sink in cabinet behind front counter prior to operating. The paper towel dispenser at the public restroom was empty. Provide paper towels in dispenser today. CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be maintained in good repair. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(17) #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available OBSERVATIONS:The water at the nonadjustable hand sink in the public restroom was 91 F. Provide warm water between 100-108 F at this hand sink today. The water at the 2 comp sink and mop sink was 109 F and 105 F. Provide hot and cold water with hot water at 120 F minimum from faucet. Correct today. CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An adequate,protected,pressurized,potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times.
