Remove spray bottles and keep <br /> hand washing facilities accessible at all times when operating. Correct immediately. <br /> Provide soap at hand sink in cabinet behind front counter prior to operating. <br /> The paper towel dispenser at the public restroom was empty. Provide paper towels in dispenser today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing,food preparation and the washing of <br /> utensils and equipment. Provide warm water between <br /> 100-108 F at this hand sink today. <br /> The water at the 2 comp sink and mop sink was 109 F and 105 F. Provide hot and cold water with hot water at 120 F <br /> minimum from faucet.
