FOUR PEOPLE WHO ATE THE MEAT GOT SICK WITH FOOD POISONING. THE <br />COMPLAINANT DID NOT EAT ANY OF THE MEAT AND DID NOT GET SICK. <br />PERSON ONE- 46 YEAR OLD MALE HAD A FEVER AND MASSIVE DIARRHEA (WITHIN SIX HOURS WENT 10 TIMES). <br />WENT TO GENERAL HOSPITAL IN SAN FRANCISCO ON 4/9/2023 AND WAS RELEASED AT NOON ON 4/13/2023. <br />SAW DR. ALEX TANG, DR. GREGORY OW, AND DR. VERONICA MANZO. <br />PERSON TWO-31 YEAR OLD MALE HAD A FEVER, VOMITING, AND DIARRHEA. WENT TO DAMERON HOSPITAL IN <br />STOCKTON ON 4/9/2023. WAS GIVEN ANTIBIOTICS AND SENT HOME THAT DAY. <br />PERSON THREE-27 YEAR OLD WOMAN HAD VOMITING, DIARRHEA, AND STOMACH PAINS. WENT TO DAMERON <br />HOSPITAL IN STOCKTON ON 4/9/2023. WAS GIVEN ANTIBIOTICS AND SENT HOME THAT DAY. <br />PERSON FOUR-ONE YEAR OLD BOY HAD VOMITING, DIARRHEA, AND A FEVER. WENT TO DAMERON HOSPITAL <br />IN STOCKTON ON 4/9/2023. WAS GIVEN ANTIBIOTICS AND SENT HOME THAT DAY. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />NATURE OF COMPLAINT CONTINUED: COMPLAINANT STATES ALL FOUR PEOPLE WERE DIAGNOSED WITH FOOD <br />POISONING BUT IS NOT SURE WHICH ONE AND IS NOT SURE WHAT TESTS WERE PERFORMED. <br />Observation: Went to facility and met with manager who granted access to facility for inspection. Observed the meat case <br />cold display storage was 31 F, within the required temperature. Per manager, no employees are currently ill nor have been <br />sick on the dates surrounding the time the complaint was received by EHD. The hand wash sink's hot water was observed to <br />be within the required temperature at 100 F and fully stocked with hand soap and paper towels. The sanitizing solution <br />concentration was 200 PPM quats, within the required concentration. Inspected the dry storage area where the seasoning for <br />the steaks is stored.
