SAN O U I Environmental Health Department <br /> Time In: 11:00 am <br /> Time Out: 11:30 am <br /> COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br /> Name of Facility: LAS DELICIAS DEL BARRIO#8K54243 Date: 04/20/2023 <br /> Address: 2900 E HARDING WAY, STOCKTON 95205 <br /> Owner/Operator: ALTUNAR, SOFIA ELIZABETH Telephone: (209)464-4570 <br /> Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00055783 <br /> Responsible Party Contact: <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THAT THEY ARE MAKING/COOKING TORTILLAS OUTSIDE THE TRUCK WHEN THEY <br /> OPERATE AT THE DELTA COLLEGE FLEA MARKET. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Complaint investigation for Las Delicias Del Barrio. Spoke to mobile food facility(MFF)operator. Discussed complaint. <br /> Operator stated that the tortillas are made outside and then brought back inside the MFF.Advised that per permit conditions, <br /> food prep cannot take place outside the MFF.Advised if a second complaint is received, a second complaint investigation will <br /> be carried out and charged at the currently hourly rate of$156/hour. Complaint response taking place after 5 PM or on the <br /> weekends,the complaint investigation will be charged the minimum 3-hour fee of$468.
