The <br /> complainant did not leave any phone number. Called the Windmill Cove Marina <br /> and informed them I was going to go to the site. Met with Manager Cathi Smith, <br /> 209-948-6995. Cathi was not aware of any dumping going on. Drove to Mile <br /> Marker 34 and did not see any dumping in the area. Did not observe anything <br /> unusual in the water. <br /> Received a call from Xavier Gonzalez with the California Department of Public <br /> Health, 916-848-8963. He wanted to confirm that I had received the Cal OES spill <br /> report. <br /> During the inspection I was accompanied with Michael Suszycki, Lead Senior <br /> REHS. <br /> 05/02/2023 Created a photo log and abated the complaint as unable to verify.
