RP advised a small amount of the <br />hydraulic fluid went into an irrigation system canal. <br />The semi truck was hauling tan bark. Release has been stopped and contained. <br />Fire is on scene as well as CHP to mitigate the situation. Semi truck is now <br />upright. SB Tracy Blvd is closed until further notice. CHP dispatch indicated there was an approximate 5 <br />gallon of diesel spilled to the soil. <br />Left to go onsite at approximatly 1PM. <br />CHP dispatch called back and clarified under 1 gallon of hydraulic oil was spilled. <br />On site the crashed vehicle was removed and not on site, and responsible party <br />CHP officer T. Allen 21822, and Sgt. Massod 2098358920 indicated: <br />where the accident occurred and the spill approximately occurred. -only a small <br />drip was released from the vehicle. <br />the tow truck driver removed contaminated soil and took the soil -Crash report <br />number NCIC 9266 <br />Crash occured at 10:57 <br />Could not visually establish where soil contamination occurred.
