No water ways or storm drain impacted. The crashed helicopter was <br />still on the ground waiting for the federal aviation agency to arrive. According to the <br />helicopter owner (Joel Dozhier) clean up will be done when a trailer removes the <br />crashed helicopter from the farm area. Took photos of incident. Generated <br />Complaint number, prepare emergency response form, prop 65 and notified DR <br />park by e-mail. <br />06/17/2022 Received a phone call from Garrett Bergren (Deputy Sheriff) about an helicopter NSO <br />crash. The Deputy stated that the helicopter crash on to the orchard and the pilot <br />had minor injuries and approximately a foot spill of diesel could be seen on the <br />ground. The cause was unknown. I let the Deputy sheriff know that I was on my <br />way to the scene. <br />06/20/2022 Received a call from Mr. Joel Dozhier (Helicopter owner) stating that he was at the NSO <br />incident site this morning and excavated some soil and found that he need to do <br />more. He will go back to the site to complete clean up tomorrow 06/21/2022. <br />When I asked him who is doing the clean up he said he got guys who have been <br />dealing on chemicals and they are trained. <br />06/21/2022 Received a call from Mr. Joel Dozhier (Helicopter owner) stating that the clean up NSO <br />has been reschedule for tomorrow morning 06/22/2022. <br />06/22/2022 Received phone call from Joel Dozhier stating that he has decided to hire a NSO <br />professional company to take care of the clean up. He gave me their contact <br />Aaron Hatch 214 232 8129- Major Loss Adjuster - North America with AIG <br />Aerospace. <br />I called and talk to Aaron and email ( aaron.hatch©aig.com ) him as well to notify <br />EHD immediately clean up is scheduled. <br />5105 rpt Page 1 of 2
