The crashed <br />helicopter was still on the ground waiting for the federal aviation agency to arrive. According to the helicopter owner cleanup <br />will be done when a trailer removes the crashed helicopter from the farm. <br />Immediately clean up all released material and impacted soil and dispose of it under all appropriate waste manifesting and <br />waste disposal laws and regulations. Make a hazardous waste determination for all waste materials generated during this <br />clean up and dispose of them as required. Provide proof of correction and copies of disposal records of any waste <br />generated from cleanup operations to EHD. Please be advised that the disposal of any waste [HSC 5411] or disposal of any <br />hazardous waste, or the causing therefor, is prohibited when the disposal is at a facility that is not permitted or authorized for <br />hazardous waste disposal.
