, <br />SAN JOAQUIN <br /> <br />Environmental Health Department <br />—COUNTY <br />\f'..1t.,,oceter Grtorness grows heic. <br />WASTE DISCHARGE/SPILL RESPONSE <br />NOTICE TO ABATE <br />Responsible Party: ALPINE HELICOPTER <br />Date: Jun 17, 2022 <br /> <br />RP Mailing Address: 11001 W HVVY 12 <br />Record ID#: COH34DNBK <br /> <br />LODI, CA 95242- <br />Program Element: 2546 <br />Spill Location: 6660 MAYBECK RD, STOCKTON <br />Release/Spill Response (excluding Joint Team) <br />NATURE OF WASTE DISCHARGE/WASTE RELEASE: <br />Approximately 5 gallon of Jet A (diesel) fuel was released from the saddle tank of a crashed helicopter into the soil at <br />Roberts Island almonds farms- 6660 May beck Road Stockton. <br />OBSERVATIONS: <br />Arrived on scene and observed dark staining of soil approximately two feet square at the southwest farm area. The crashed <br />helicopter was still on the ground waiting for the federal aviation agency to arrive. According to the helicopter owner cleanup <br />will be done when a trailer removes the crashed helicopter from the farm. <br />Immediately clean up all released material and impacted soil and dispose of it under all appropriate waste manifesting and <br />waste disposal laws and regulations. Make a hazardous waste determination for all waste materials generated during this <br />clean up and dispose of them as required. Provide proof of correction and copies of disposal records of any waste <br />generated from cleanup operations to EHD. Please be advised that the disposal of any waste [HSC 5411] or disposal of any <br />hazardous waste, or the causing therefor, is prohibited when the disposal is at a facility that is not permitted or authorized for <br />hazardous waste disposal.
