Spill occurred at <br />1501 N Jacktone Rd, Ripon CA 95366 at dispenser #26. Approximately 3 gallons <br />of diesel were released. Clean up was completed by staff on site and waste <br />generated was stored in their hazardous waste drums. <br />12/14/2022 Generated Prop 65 and provided it to John to be reviewed, printed and mailed. <br />1:55pm-Left for site <br />2:30pm-Arrived on site on 12/14/22 and observed fuel inside the UDC of <br />dispenser 26. Per Amy Fergel, store manager, it was approximately half a gallon <br />of diesel. <br />Activity Date <br />12/13/2022 <br />Recorded by <br />GARCIA-MEJIA <br />GARCIA-MEJIA <br />3:50-5pm-Left site. Generated complaint and issued the facility a notice to abate. <br />Emailed the notice to both Chip Hughes <Chip.Hughes@pilottravelcenters.com> <br />and Amy Fergel <travelcenter.618@pilottravelcenters.com>. <br />12/15/2022 Saved photos to the public drive and added the complaint number to the ER spill <br />excel sheet. Created photo log and printed it out along with the notice to abate and <br />added it to the complaint file. <br />01/24/2023 Received a call from Aric Morton (530-518-3437) wanting to know what I needed <br />in order to abate this complaint. I confirmed with Aric that he was forwarded the <br />notice to abate that I issued and let him know that the violations listed are what <br />needs to be addressed. Aric was under the impression that Jones Covey had <br />completed all repairs the night the spill was reported. I informed Aric that I was on <br />site on 12/14/22 in the afternoon and observed issues and that is why the notice to <br />abate was issued. <br />03/10/2023 Reviewed narratives. Permit was pulled under 5R0086196. Printed out 5104 <br />form and added it to the file. <br />04/24/2023 Service request (SR0086196) was completed on 4/21/23. Completed an <br />emergency response record and printed out the CalOES spill report.
