ALLEGEDLY <br />CHILD'S PHYSICIAN INDICATED RASH MAY BE FROM A CHEMICAL BURN. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code section(s) 116043, 116040, & <br />116050. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. No major violations. No re-inspection. <br />Pool water was clear at the time of the inspection. Pool chemicals were within code. Chlorine was observed at 6.2 PPM, pH <br />was 7.4 and cyanuric acid was 0 PPM. Operator said that pool is milky colored when soda ash is added to adjust the pH. <br />The last time this was done was a week ago on the weekend. <br />Official inspection report was emailed to operator. <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
