The complaint SINGH <br />will be added to the TEAMS list. Reviewed property on Parcel Viewer. Printed and <br />attached property information to the complaint form. <br />04/20/2023 240 S Sinclair Ave, Stockton CA- Complaint inspection. The complaint inspection SINGH <br />states a large amount of cars, junk and trash are on the property. There is illegal <br />dumping of excess processing metals to be recycled. Large amount of people on <br />site. There's a foul smell coming from the dog pen. The inspection was conducted <br />with Mike S. (REHS), Aldara S. (REHS), Stephanie R. (REHS), Code Enforcement <br />Officers and Sheriffs Department. We met with the property owner and his son, <br />David. Junk was observed on the front of the property. Dogs were not observed, <br />but David stated they do have two dogs. The dogs are not kept in pens. A pen with <br />chickens were observed on the site. The pen was clean and odors were not <br />observed. Per David, the pen is cleaned constantly. <br />04/20/2023 240 S Sinclair Ave. - Received a call from Unit III stating there will be an inspection SINGH <br />at the site today. Prepared for the inspection. After the inspection I discussed the <br />inspection with Natalia S. <br />04/20/2023 I spoke to Mike S. Lead Sr REHS. <br />He was looking for Sandip S. Sr REHS for this site. <br />I went to the site with Sandip S. Sr REHS. <br />When we arrived we observed <br />Mike S. Lead Sr REHS, Aldara S. EHS, a representative from CDD and 3 sheriffs <br />were present. <br />Mike S.
