Lubrizol
OW
11 May 2023
To whom it may concern,
Lubrizol conducted blend compatibility storage studies in the laboratory to demonstrate that
there would be no adverse effects when the existing Lubrizol gasoline additive, UltraZol ® 9888
is mixed with the new Lubrizol gasoline additive, UltraZol ® GA9058 . We evaluated different
blend ratios of UltraZol ® 9888 with UltraZol ® GA9058 . In these blend ratio studies, various
ratios of the two products were combined and then monitored in the lab at room temperature
( 209C or 689F ) for a 2 - month period . Visual inspection and photographs were conducted every
week for haze, sediment, floc, or separation . During these blend compatibility storage studies,
there were no changes in the blends other than color which is attributed to the color difference
of each product due to the slight differences in chemical composition that make up the two
gasoline additives and is normal . All blend ratio studies were clear . In addition , these blend
ratios were also evaluated at 489C ( 09F ) and 09C ( 329F ) for two months and all ratios remained
clear and fluid . Studying blends of mixtures at various ratios is common practice for The
Lubrizol Corporation and is part of our robust formulating process .
I declare , to the best of my knowledge and belief, that this statement of compatibility and the
information contained herein is true, correct, and complete .
i CCO U&
aeojy
Michelle Graf
Michelle . graf@lubrizol . com
Director of Technology of Fuel Products
The Lubrizol Corporation , A Berkshire Hathaway Company
