All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization <br />OBSERVATIONS: The sanitizer dispenser at the 3 comp sink did provide provide sanitizer in solution, no warewashing was <br />being done during the inspection. Per manager they will no longer use the sanitizer dispenser at the 3 comp sink. Manually <br />mix sanitizing solution and provide 200 ppm quat or 100 ppm chlorine if bleach will be used when warewashing and for <br />sanitizer buckets. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized. Secure pressurized cylinders <br />to a rigid structure. Corrected on site. <br />Observed cardboard on shelves in walk-in cooler.
