COMPLAINANT ALSO STATES HE HAS SEEN WALK IN COOLERS AND PREP TABLES IN THE WAREHOUSE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Fracisco R. and I went to the location. Upon arrival we observed a man cleaning/washing a ice chest in the back of the space <br /> in question.The metal curtain was half way open.We could see inside. We spoke with man and he told us she was going get <br /> the person in charge.The person in charge came out to talk to us. I informed her about our visit, being a complaint that La <br /> Estrella was&sea food was using the facility to prepared food.The person in charge informed us that the facility is used for <br /> storing product and then taken to their restaurants.
