I <br />observe dirty utensils in the 2 comp prep sink at the meat department. Remove dirty utensils and tools. Sanitize sinks <br />compartments. Correct today. <br />Hand sink and 3 comp sink at the back bakery area, have buildup and sticky food on water faucets and water knobs. Clean <br />sinks today and as needed. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food facilities that prepare food shall be equipped with warewashing facilities. Testing equipment and <br />materials shall be provided to measure the applicable sanitization method.
