They package the batch prepared food items M-F between 10:15-10:45 AM <br />and store the packaged food items in warmer or keep cold until it is picked up and delivered. The packaged food items are <br />stored in Cambro insulated containers or are sometimes kept cold in ice chests and hot using heated tiles during <br />transportation. The food items are kept for a max of 2 hours during transport, the food items are temped when packaged and <br />halfway through the delivery. <br />Discussed report with David Lafranchi, Chef. <br />No signature captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
