Keep hand sink clear and accessible for hand washing <br />at all times when operating. Correct immediately. <br />The soap dispenser at the back room hand sink was not working, detergent was being used temporarily. Provide soap from <br />dispenser today. <br />No paper towels in the restroom paper towel dispenser. Provide paper towels from dispenser. Corrected on site. <br />The back room hand sink paper towel dispenser was not dispensing any paper towels. Repair and provide paper towels <br />from dispenser.
