Provide cold water today. Clean the <br />interior surfaces of the unit today. <br />Exterior surfaces and bottom shelf of the 1 D upright cooler are sticky and have food debris. Clean interior and exterior <br />surfaces today and as needed. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115 (c)) <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br />OBSERVATIONS: Air curtain at the drive thru window is not functional.
