Per manager they were removed for cleaning. Clean today and <br /> maintain clean, repair any leakage as necessary. <br /> Observed leaking from sanitizer dispenser hose. Repair within 1 week. <br /> Observed ice build up on top and sides of freezers at fryers. Observed ice build up on door, ceiling,wall, and inside light <br /> shield in walk-in freezer. Observed ice build up on wall and on door to freezer in walk-in cooler. Clean within 1 week and <br /> repair as necessary. <br /> Observed missing plate cover on back kitchen hand sink faucet head. Repair/replace within 2 weeks. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. Canopy-type hoods shall extend 6"beyond all cooking equipment.All areas shall have sufficient ventilation <br /> to facilitate proper food storage. Toilet rooms shall be vented to the outside air by a screened openable window,an air shaft, or a <br /> light-switch activated exhaust fan,consistent with local building codes.
