<br /> Observed spillage on bottom of 1 Beverage Air reach-in under McCafe and in tray under soda syrup shelf. Clean today and
<br /> maintain clean, repair any leakage as necessary.
<br /> Observed leaking from sanitizer dispenser hose. Repair within 1 week.
<br /> Observed ice build up on top and sides of freezers at fryers. Observed ice build up on door, ceiling,wall, and inside light
<br /> shield in walk-in freezer. Observed ice build up on wall and on door to freezer in walk-in cooler. Clean within 1 week and
<br /> repair as necessary.
<br /> Observed missing plate cover on back kitchen hand sink faucet head. Repair/replace within 2 weeks.
