All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: The 1 door Imbera Nourish in the Main breakroom (northeast side of breakroom...in between the 1 door <br />MinusForty Chill and the 2 door Imbera Hydrate) has an air temperature of 50F. The peanut butter & jelly sandwich at this <br />unit is 50F and a hard boiled egg at this unit is 47F. These two food items were discarded. <br />The delivery driver was on site stocking the refrigeration units at the time of the inspection. Delivery driver moved potentially <br />hazardous food to an alternate refrigeration unit at the request of CSM (also on site). CSM called in a work ticket for the unit <br />and Amazon Site Safety Manager stated some caution tape will be placed at this unit so employees don't use it (food <br />removed). <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F.
