Per technician,they will put in a work order to <br /> remove the liquid from all three fill sumps due to not having enough equipments remove the liquids. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it <br /> must be removed and disposed of properly. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 <br /> hazardous waste regulations, and manage it accordingly. Ensure that all sumps and annular spaces are maintained <br /> free of liquid. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 308 CCR 2632(c), 2634(d), 2636(f) Failure of the leak detection equipment to have an audible and visual alarm. <br /> OBSERVATION: The float and chain in the 1/2 UDC failed to stop the flow of product at the dispenser when tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or <br /> stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician adjusted the float and chain and verified functionality. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 318 CCR 2635, 2637.1,2665, 2712 Failed to meet spill container requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION: The 91 spill container failed when tested. The cap was replaced and the spill bucket was retested. <br /> Passed. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of <br /> containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is <br /> repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> If the spill container can't be replaced immediately,there is a possibility that the 91 spill bucket UST system may be <br /> red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> FA0000670 PR0232257 SCO01 06/19/2023 <br /> EHD 23-01 Rev.12/06/2021 Page 4 of 5 Underground Storage Tank Program OIR <br /> 1868 E.
