Environmental Health Department <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />June 05, 2023 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 1060 N WILSON WAY, STOCKTON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> GROCERY OUTLET <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 9 HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br />OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS) annually by the due date, January 15.The business plan was submitted <br />late on 4/17/2023 for the year of 2023. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br />year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br />information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There was 1 violation found during the <br />inspection. The store and warehouse areas were inspected. All violations were corrected. <br /> <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($156).
