Dez (9FnL vooT� Of Parc o 66 9 ' Per PA= 2300090 All that certain piece or Parcel of land situated , lying and being in Section Twenty - Nine ( 29 ) , Township Two ( 2 ) South , Range Seven ( 7 ) East , Mount Diablo Base and Meridian , according to the Official Plat thereof , and more particularly described as follows : Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section Twenty - Nine ( 29 ) , Township Two ( 2 ) South , Range Seven ( 7 ) East , Mount Diablo Base and Meridian ; thence along the Southern boundary of said Section Twenty - Nine ( 29 ) , North 89 degrees 57 minutes West 5333 . 94 feet to the Southwest corner of said Section Twenty - Nine ( 29 ) ; thence along the Western boundary of said Section Twenty - Nine ( 29 ) , North 0 degrees 17 minutes West 2647 . 13 feet ; thence South 89 degrees 35 minutes East 5327 . 77 feet to a point on the Eastern boundary of said Section Twenty - Nine ( 29 ) ; thence along said Eastern boundary of said Section Twenty . Nine ( 29 ) and along the centerline of Hogan Road , South 0 degrees 26 minutes East 2645 . 92 feet to the Point of Beginning , being a portion of Section Twenty - Nine ( 29 ) , Township Two ( 2 ) South , Range Seven ( 7 ) East , Mount Diablo Base and Meridian , and being also a portion of Reclamation District No . 2075 formerly known as the McMullin Ranch . ( 1 ) Except , however from the herein described tract , a strip of land 30 feet in width along the Eastern boundary of said tract said 30 foot strip being the width along the Eastern boundary of said tract , said 30 foot strip being the Western half of Hogan Road adjoining the said tract conveyed to the County of San Joaquin , by Elize B .
