All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Pool remodel <br />Handrail must be 28 inches to 36 inches from the deck, and each step to the top of the rail. <br />Stair steps must be uniform. Top step tread must be 14 inches to 18 inches, and the rest 12 inches to 16 inches. Step riser <br />must be 6 inches to 12 inches. <br />There are 2 skimmers with single equalizer lines. Equalizer cannot be single if the skimmers can be isolated by valves. The <br />equalizers must be split if the the skimmers can isolated by valves. <br />Install trim tile on stair steps. <br />The main drain must be split 3 feet from the inside edged of the outlet covers. <br />Plaster must be white. <br />Ok to plaster. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
