COMPLAINANT <br /> STATES THAT ON 04/18/2023 HE ORDERED A SHRIMP BOWL WITH OUT SOUR CREAM FROM THE <br /> ESTABLISHMENT. COMPLAINANT STATES HE ATE AROUND 4 PM AND BEGAN HAVING STOMACH CRAMPS <br /> AROUND 7 PM ROUGHLY 2-3 HOURS LATER COMPLAINANT SAYS HE STARTED HAVING DIARRHEA. <br /> COMPLAINANT STATES THE NEXT MORNING HE BEGAN VOMITING AS WELL AS CONTINUED DIARRHEA. <br /> COMPLAINANT STILL HAS DIARRHEA AND DID NOT SEE A DOCTOR." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
